Kim brings more than 30 years of HR leadership within the staffing and clinical research industries to her role at Advanced Clinical. As a consultant and change agent on human resource-related issues, Kim oversees our ACCEL Development Program, where she is responsible for the overall program life cycle, including development of strategies to recruit and attract candidates, as well as the selection, hiring and onboarding of participants into the program. She joined Advanced Group in 2006, previously holding roles as VP of Recruiting at Advanced Resources and Director of People & Culture.

Kim earned her B.S. from Northern Illinois University and holds certifications from the American Staffing Association and SHRM. She is passionate about philanthropy, serving as the Corporate Liaison for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Board Member for YourPassion1st, a Chicago-based nonprofit.
